All sales made by THE COOKWARE COMPANY are made on these Terms and Conditions of sale.

Ireland mainland orders are charged at €8.50 for all orders. Depending on the size and weight of the goods you order, we will determine whether to despatch via An Post or to use a Courier.

For delivery outside the Irish mainland please contact us on +353 27 55651 and we will be happy to quote for delivery to your area.

All goods are priced to include tax within the Republic of Ireland. Some goods eg. food items and books are VAT exempt and this is reflected in the price quoted. All goods are subject to availability and the design and specification shown. We will not substitute without first contacting the customer. Please note that you are responsible for deciding on the suitability of goods offered for any particular purpose. Should duty be incurred in shipping to the six counties we will advise you prior to despatch.

There is no minimum order value.

For orders to be delivered outside Ireland and for bulky or heavy deliveries, there may be an additional charge but this will be confirmed at the time of order.
Goods will be despatched via Courier or An Post and receipt can be expected within 5 working days, should we believe that this may not be achieved we will contact you before despatch.

Goods needed urgently can be dispatched on 2 working days delivery at an additional charge of €5.00 euro. Please advise us if you need the goods urgently

Every effort is made to ensure that goods are delivered on time, although delivery times are given without obligation because of our reliance on a third party carrier.
Details of any shortages or damage to deliveries must be noted by email within 24 hours of delivery.

All goods are made to a high quality specification. If you are not satisfied with the goods received we offer a “no quibble” returns policy where goods are returned to us unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Any goods returned which are not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

WASTE ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT (WEEE).

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires retailers to be responsible for the financing of the treatment, recovery and environmentally sound disposal of WEEE from 13 August 2005. It means that final users of such household WEEE are entitled to take that waste back free of charge, either to retail outlets in instances where a replacement item is purchased, or other authorised collection points, including local authority civic amenity sites, from that date onwards.

As in line with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), you can send back waste EEE (WEEE) to The CookWare Company free of charge. Waste Electrical Equipment (WEEE) is taken back free of charge on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis. Please contact us if you wish to avail of this service and we will make the necessary arrangements. Each local authority must also accept household WEEE and small batteries free of charge at its recycling facilities.

You are not obliged to make any purchase when returning old batteries. Each local authority must also accept household WEEE and small batteries free of charge at its recycling facilities. All WEEE and waste batteries must be recycled and should not be placed in any of your household wheelie bins. Make sure you always recycle all your old electrical goods and batteries
