Designed, with the help of pro’s, to be just right for baking rich fruit cakes. At least 3 inches deep, with larger sizes deeper again. Made from catering grade aluminium and then anodised, which provides fast and even heat distribution without hot spots. giving consistent baking results. Anodising seals in the thermal alloy core and provides an easy release, easy clean surface. The design is further enhanced with a reinforced, rolled rim. PME cake tins will never peel, blister or rust, they will never warp or twist out of shape, their easy release properties will improve with use.
