Potato ricer

In a single stroke, the Swiss-designed Potato Ricer gently extrudes long, light strands of potato and other root vegetables through either of two stainless steel disks for velvety-smooth mash. Use the disk with larger holes for a mashed side dish or the one with smaller holes to make a fine puree. Make sauces without the need to get your blender out or to make healthy, homemade baby food.
